Rachel Yeager, N.D. is a holistic health coach and educator with a focus on mental health, hormones, thyroid issues, and a root-cause approach. Previously in clinical practice as a naturopathic doctor, she now works one-on-one with women, blending science with intuition and heart. Her passion comes from her own chronic health journey, where she was told her labs looked “normal, but she knew there was more to uncover and heal.
Jennifer Meyers, RD is a Registered Dietitian with 25+ years of experience in body acceptance, eating disorder recovery, and compassionate nutrition counseling. She helps her clients feel seen and heard, teaching them how to support themselves and better their relationship with food and their bodies, for a lifetime.
