We are committed to offering our conference room as a hub for fostering knowledge, connection, collaboration, and continuous growth. Our meticulously crafted space and flexible pricing options are designed to be welcoming and accessible to all our valued Mental Health Providers and related professionals, ensuring a seamless experience during your events.

Conference Room Rental Pricing

Basic Package - $200 per day

Includes:

  • Conference room rental (additional rooms available upon request and subject to availability)

  • Access to tables and chairs (suitable for up to 20 people)

  • Basic cleaning services

  • Basic setup and teardown of projector only

  • Access to a high-quality projector

  • WIFI access

  • Use of the kitchen/breakroom

  • Convenient and accessible parking

  • Restroom facilities


Standard Package - $250 per day

Includes:

  • Everything included in the Basic Package

  • Setup and teardown of tables and chairs

  • Basic administrative support (check-in and check-out assistance)

  • Basic marketing on Women’s Wellness Partners NWA social media platforms


Premier Package - $350 per day

Includes:

  • Everything included in the Standard Package

  • Refreshments:

  • Water bottles

    • Coffee (Regular and Decaf), Creamer, and Sugar

    • Assorted snacks (e.g., granola bars, fruit, pastries, and nuts)

    • Disposable coffee cups, paper plates, and napkins


Booking Process:

  1. Package Selection: Clients can choose the package that aligns best with their needs during the booking process.

  2. Duration: Pricing is calculated per day, and clients can reserve the conference room for multiple consecutive days, with charges accumulating accordingly.

  3. Confirmation: Upon receiving a booking request, clients will receive a detailed quote based on their selected package.


Additional Details:

  1. The prices mentioned above apply to traditional business workdays (Monday – Friday). For bookings outside of these workdays (Saturday and Sunday), an additional fee of $200 per day applies. Please note that access to our facility requires a private code outside of business hours, necessitating a team member's presence throughout the day. The fee reimburses this team member’s service. We appreciate your understanding.

  2. Non-Profits: Upon request and with proof of non-profit status, a 50% discount will be provided.


Payment Terms:

  1. Reservation Fee: To secure a reservation, a 10% reservation fee based on the total cost is due at the time of booking. This fee is fully refundable if cancellations are made more than 2 days before the event and will be deducted from the total cost.

  2. Remaining Balance: The remaining 90% of the total cost is due on the first day of the event before the training or workshop begins.

  3. Payment Methods: We accept payments via debit/credit card or check, with payment details provided in the booking confirmation.


Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 2 days before the event will receive a 100% refund of the reservation fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 2 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund of the 10% reservation fee.
