Owner | Mental Health Therapist
Hi, I'm glad you’re here. You might be here as a woman trying to hold it all together, an overwhelmed teen, or a parent searching for the best way to support your child. No matter who you are or where you're coming from, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to start therapy—and I’m here to walk with you through it. My goal is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your challenges, gain clarity, and begin healing.
I specialize in helping teen girls and women who are facing pressures to “be enough” and “do it all,” often at the cost of their own mental health and well-being. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, perfectionism, low self-esteem, body image issues, eating disorders, or unresolved trauma, I want you to know that you don’t have to carry this burden alone.
Therapy is a place where you can be heard, supported, and empowered to make positive changes. I use a blend of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. These therapies are particularly effective for processing trauma and emotional distress. I also work with eating disorders through a trauma-informed, weight-inclusive lens, helping you heal your relationship with food, body, and self.
I’m a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) in Arkansas and a proud native of the area. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Arkansas in 2016. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, as well as my three dogs. I find deep meaning in building real, genuine connections, both in the office and in life.
If you’re ready to begin your journey—or even just beginning to think about it—I’d be honored to support you.
