Kesa Reese, LCSW
Doctorate of Physical therapy | Physical Therapist
Hello! I'm thrilled to be here. I have a deep-seated passion for empowering women to embrace their fullest potential. Through my personal journey of motherhood, I've come to recognize the crucial need for women to have a secure haven where they can access top-notch care. Today, many women don't receive the essential care they deserve, making me truly grateful for your presence here at this clinic.
The realm of women's health is intricate and encompasses various challenges linked to the pelvic floor and its surrounding muscles. Unfortunately, the significance of the pelvic floor can often be underestimated or overlooked, despite its pivotal role in our daily lives. This is where pelvic rehabilitation steps in, offering tailored attention to each individual, aiding them in identifying their bodily concerns, and equipping them with tools for their everyday well-being.
I graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2009 with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I am an NWA native, growing up and graduating from Bentonville. I lived in Conway for a time after graduating PT school, but my desire was always to come back to this area.
Throughout my career, I've worked across a spectrum of pediatric settings. My experience spans outpatient care, early intervention developmental therapy, daycare environments, and in-home care, serving patients from birth to the age of 18. Additionally, I've engaged in hippo therapy for children in Central Arkansas. Though I cherish my work with children, my aspiration has long been centered on transitioning to the realm of women's health and pelvic rehabilitation. This aspiration prompted me to embark on a journey of studying pelvic rehabilitation a few years ago. My utmost aim is to foster an environment where you feel safe and at ease, enabling you to openly share everything that contributes to achieving your desired outcomes.
I'm eagerly anticipating the opportunity to assist patients dealing with a range of concerns, which may encompass but are not limited to: pelvic pain, urinary and fecal dysfunction, as well as pelvic organ prolapse. In this pursuit, education emerges as a cornerstone, offering us insights into our bodies and guiding us toward optimal well-being and a fulfilling life.
Beyond my professional commitments, I love quality moments with my husband and four wonderful children. We enjoy being active in our church, spending time outside together, participating in sports activities, playing board games, and snuggling up together for movie nights with popcorn. My favorite things are: iced coffee, dark chocolate, and eating out at local eateries. Even though I love going out to eat, I'm equally passionate about cooking and baking at home. Crafting charcuterie boards and decorating cookies hold a special place in my heart!
