We’re so glad you’re here! It’s my goal as your mental health therapist to help you improve insight, empower you to confidently express yourself, and support your journey to resolve current and past emotional distress.  In session, I pride myself in my ability to create genuine, deep and warm therapeutic alliances with my clients. I intentionally practice taking a compassionate and humble stance in session, always reminding myself that you are the expert of yourself and my job is to support you as you take back control of yourself and your life.

I am a board-certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Arkansas with over six years of clinical experience. My first few years in the clinical field focused primarily on young children and families. Since then, I have broadened my scope to work with children 5 and under and women. I specialize in treating individuals with issues related to the following:  anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, life adjustments, challenges in the parent-(adult) child relationship, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

My own experiences navigating mental health services as a woman, mother, and first-generation immigrant sparked a passion in me to work primarily with this population. After becoming a mother and suffering from my own medical and birth traumas, I noticed a gap in services for women and now focus on bringing professional-level help to women, bringing solutions to the issues the hold us back from living a full life. I’m confident that all women are capable of growth and wellness, and I look forward to going on this journey with each and every one of our clients.
