More About Sarah…

For over 13 years, I've been blessed to work with both children and adults as they implement healthy habits into their day to day lives. I spent 5 years at the Arkansas Children's Hospital (ACH) weight management clinic helping families improve their children's overall health through targeted nutrition counseling, family focused dietary changes, and motivational interviewing. I was then lucky enough to transition to the ACH Eating Disorder clinic to further my passion for helping clients overcome eating disorders through nutritional education and strategic meal planning while focusing on reviving a positive self-image. Additionally, I spent over 4 years working with a private practice therapy clinic to help clients improve their physical and mental health.

My goal is to educate each person I work with on the importance of nutritious living and positive body image. I desire to see all my clients take these lessons and implement them into a lifetime of results.
