Announcement:
Celebrating Three Years of WWP
We hit a milestone this month: our doors have been officially open for three whole years!
Our gratitude goes out to the whole team at WWP,
our loved ones, and incredible clients who have made this journey possible. When Gipsye and Shelbi, owners of WWP, opened the business, their mission was simple but powerful: to empower women through whole wellness care.
Three years later, that mission continues to thrive as we proudly serve women across Northwest Arkansas. Here’s to continuing the mission - For Women, By Women!

Healing Handbook:
Managing Seasonal Affective Disorder
Do you feel yourself getting the “winter blues” this time of year? You might be feeling the effects of Seasonal Affective Disorder, or SAD for short (which we think is aptly-named!).
Ways to Combat SAD:
Use light to your advantage: Try your best to take advantage of the sunny hours we still have left in the day! Sunlight directly affects our mood, and we know it becomes difficult to get enough sun as Daylight Savings and colder weather take effect. Try purchasing a sunrise lamp to help with a gentler, refreshing start to your winter days.
Move your body: Sometimes all we want to do in the winter is cozy up by the fireplace with a good book, TV show, or game. While that’s a great way to give yourself some rest, your body still needs movement to feel its best! Try adding a short indoor exercise to your daily routine – stretching, jumping jacks, or a quick jog on the treadmill all help!
Give yourself nourishment: Incorporate whole, fresh foods alongside your holiday favorites. Keep healthy pre-portioned snacks readily available, like nuts, popcorn, or fruits (fresh and/or dried). Remember, don't skip meals! Eat consistent meals every 3-4 hours to keep your metabolism steady and prevent overeating later. Lastly, don't forget to hydrate!*
