Team Spotlight:

Jennifer Meyers, MS,RDN, LD, Registered Dietitian

Hello, I hope you find this space a safe place, where you are able to heal your relationship with food and feel like you are empowered with knowledge and strength in a graceful way. I am a Registered Dietitian with over 25 years of experience. I work with adolescents and adults.

I understand the anxiety that food and eating can bring. Whether you have disordered eating or an eating disorder, I will work side by side with you as you gain confidence and heal. My experience with adolescents involves a family approach, I work to help them understand how to support their family member and at the same time educate on nourishing their body.

I practice from a non-diet and weight inclusive approach to nutrition. I work with clients on body acceptance and ways to overcome perfectionism. Teaching you how to recognize your natural hunger and fullness cues and honoring them.

My hope is to help each client to feel seen and heard. Teaching them how to support themselves and better their relationship with food and their bodies, for a lifetime.

When I am not counseling clients on nutrition, I enjoy spending time with family & friends, walking, painting, anything to do with water, and snuggling my 2 doodles. I look forward to seeing you.

Healing Handbook:

Supporting You Through Nutrition Counseling

Music isn’t just a joyful part of life—it’s also a powerful emotional tool. Engaging with music mindfully, whether through humming, gentle tapping, or singing, can act as a self-regulating practice, grounding you in the present.

This month, we encourage you to craft your own personal self-care soundtrack: a playlist of songs that resonate deeply, soothe your emotions, or elevate your energy. Try weaving it into your weekly listening routine, especially during transitional moments like winding down in the evening or resetting after a busy day.

Looking for a Starting Point?

Our therapists put together a special playlist of their favorite self-care tracks to inspire you, encourage calm, and spread positivity. Press play, relax, and let the healing begin. Let's make self-care sound good!
