Hello! I am delighted that you are here. As an Occupational Therapist, I am passionate about collaborating with my clients on their goals and the steps to successfully achieve them! I am humbled to be on your team and support you in this phase of your life.
I enjoy working with a variety of ages across the lifespan. I have clinical experience working with small children and adolescence to achieve age-appropriate developmental milestones. I also thoroughly enjoy working with young adults experiencing major life transitions. I spent time at the University of Arkansas working with (mostly) first-year students that struggled to successfully transition by assisting them with finding occupational balance by forming healthy habits and routines, environmental modifications, and navigating the “adulting” world. Additionally, my doctoral research was focused on assessing the impact of executive function skills for college students on the Autism Spectrum.
I am a sensory-based therapist, meaning I take in the unique and individualized sensory needs of all my clients. I strive to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for all my sessions. It is my goal to help my clients obtain the tools necessary to be successful and independent in their everyday occupations.
In my own personal journey with navigating fertility and walking alongside friends as they transitioned into motherhood, I have become very passionate about filling in the missing gaps of services provided for women’s health and wellness. I look forward to filling these gaps and serving women and families in Northwest Arkansas through postpartum rehabilitation!
My wellness cup is filled by spending time with my husband, our two dogs, reading, baking, exercising, and anything outside in the sunshine.
