Amanda Scoggin
Mental Health Therapist
Life is full of transitions, relationships, and seasons of change that can leave us feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate challenges and work toward meaningful change.
I specialize in supporting pregnant and postpartum women as they navigate the emotional and relational changes that can accompany pregnancy, childbirth, and the transition into parenthood. I also work with adolescents and teens who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, academic pressures, or uncertainty about their future. My approach is collaborative and individualized, recognizing that every client brings their own experiences, strengths, relationships, and goals to therapy.
I have a particular interest in interpersonal relationships and how our connections with partners, family members, friends, and others can influence our emotional well-being. Together, we can explore communication patterns, boundaries, conflict, and relationship dynamics while building skills that support healthier and more fulfilling connections.
Whether you are adjusting to a new role, navigating a difficult relationship, supporting a changing family, or facing an unexpected life transition, I believe therapy can provide a space for reflection, growth, and healing. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and move through life’s transitions with greater confidence and resilience.
